Nebras Clinic provides beauty, aesthetics, wellness and professional training services.
By using our website, you agree to:
We reserve the right to restrict access to our website where necessary to protect our services, users or legal rights.
We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all website content will always be free from errors.
Appointments may be requested through our website, an authorised booking platform, by telephone or through other approved communication channels.
All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
When booking an appointment, you are responsible for providing accurate contact information and relevant details about your requested treatment.
We may contact you to confirm appointment details, request additional information or arrange a consultation before treatment.
A booking is confirmed when confirmation is provided through the relevant booking channel.
Where a booking is made through a third-party platform, additional platform terms may apply. Any clinic-specific terms will be communicated before the booking becomes binding.
Certain treatments require a consultation or suitability assessment before treatment can proceed.
During a consultation, we may ask questions about:
Clients must provide accurate and complete information to the best of their knowledge.
We may decline, postpone or recommend an alternative treatment where a qualified professional determines that the requested procedure is unsuitable or cannot safely be provided.
Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be performed.
Where a treatment cannot proceed, any applicable refund or alternative appointment arrangement will be considered in accordance with the circumstances, agreed booking terms and statutory consumer rights.
Before certain procedures, clients may be asked to complete consultation forms, medical questionnaires and treatment consent documentation.
We aim to explain relevant treatment information, including:
Clients will have an opportunity to ask questions before agreeing to treatment.
Consent to treatment must be freely given and may be withdrawn before or during a procedure, subject to any immediate steps reasonably required for safety.
Withdrawal of consent does not automatically determine whether payment is due for services already lawfully provided.
Treatment and service prices may be displayed on our website, communicated during consultations or shown through our booking platform.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Prices described as “from” indicate starting prices. The final cost may depend on the treatment selected, product quantity, treatment area, individual requirements or consultation findings.
We will communicate the applicable price and any mandatory charges before you agree to proceed.
Where deposits or advance payments are required, the amount and applicable conditions will be disclosed before payment.
We reserve the right to update advertised prices for future bookings. Confirmed bookings will be governed by the price agreed at the time of booking unless a change is subsequently agreed.
We understand that clients may need to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Clients should contact Nebras Clinic as soon as possible if they cannot attend.
Any cancellation fee or deposit deduction must be clearly disclosed before booking, be fair and reasonable, and comply with applicable consumer protection law.
Where a client has a statutory right to cancel a distance or off-premises contract, that right will take precedence over any conflicting booking term.
Certain services booked for a specific date may fall within a statutory cancellation exception, depending on the nature of the service. We will not assume that all aesthetic appointments are automatically exempt from cancellation rights.
Where applicable, the statutory cancellation period and any lawful deductions for services started at the consumer’s express request will be respected.
To request a cancellation or rescheduling, please contact:
Email: info@nebrasclinic.co.uk
Telephone: +44 20 3411 3000
We recommend arriving on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten, reschedule or cancel the appointment where the remaining time is insufficient to provide the service safely or effectively.
Any applicable late-arrival or missed-appointment charges will be subject to the booking conditions communicated before confirmation and your statutory rights.
Refund requests will be considered in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill.
Where services do not meet applicable statutory requirements, consumers may have rights to repeat performance, a price reduction or other remedies.
Refund eligibility for cancellations, unused prepaid services or treatment packages will depend on the applicable contract, the circumstances and any statutory rights.
We will not exclude or restrict statutory remedies through a blanket no-refund policy.
To request a refund or raise a concern about a service, please email info@nebrasclinic.co.uk with relevant booking details.
Approved refunds will be processed using an appropriate payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law or the agreed refund terms.
Nebras Clinic aims to provide professional treatments appropriate to each client’s individual needs.
However, treatment outcomes may vary depending on factors such as:
We do not guarantee a particular aesthetic result unless a specific guarantee has been expressly provided and lawfully agreed.
Some treatments may require multiple sessions or maintenance appointments.
Clients should discuss expected results, limitations, risks and potential side effects with the relevant practitioner before proceeding.
Nothing in this section excludes our responsibility to provide services with reasonable care and skill.
Client health and safety are important to us.
Clients should disclose relevant health information before treatment and inform their practitioner of any changes that may affect treatment suitability.
After a procedure, clients should follow the aftercare instructions provided by their practitioner.
If you experience unexpected symptoms, complications or concerns following treatment, contact the clinic promptly for appropriate advice.
For a serious medical emergency, call 999 or seek immediate emergency medical assistance.
We may postpone or decline a treatment where proceeding would create an unacceptable safety risk.
Nebras Clinic may offer professional beauty, aesthetics and CPD training courses.
Course availability, content, entry requirements, fees, duration, assessment requirements and accreditation or certification arrangements will be communicated through the relevant course information.
Course registration is subject to availability and any applicable eligibility requirements.
Participants must provide accurate information about relevant qualifications or professional experience where requested.
Course fees, payment deadlines, deposits and any additional charges will be communicated before enrolment.
Any course-specific cancellation, transfer or refund conditions will be provided before the participant enters into a binding agreement.
Applicable statutory cancellation rights will be respected, including where a course is purchased online or at a distance.
Certificates will be issued only where participants satisfy the relevant attendance, assessment and completion requirements.
Course completion does not automatically grant a professional licence, insurance eligibility, legal authorisation to perform regulated procedures or permission to practise outside the participant’s existing professional scope.
Any accreditation claims will be limited to the accreditation actually held by the relevant course.
We may make reasonable changes to course arrangements where necessary.
If a material change or cancellation affects a participant’s contractual rights, appropriate remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
From time to time, Nebras Clinic may offer promotional prices, treatment packages or special offers.
Each promotion may be subject to specific conditions, including:
Promotional terms will be made available before purchase.
Offers cannot necessarily be combined unless expressly stated.
Any promotional conditions must comply with applicable consumer law and must not override statutory rights.
Where Nebras Clinic offers gift vouchers, their value, expiry conditions, redemption requirements and other material restrictions will be disclosed before purchase.
Gift vouchers are subject to applicable consumer protection legislation.
Any restrictions must be fair, transparent and clearly communicated.
With appropriate permission, Nebras Clinic may use client testimonials, reviews, photographs or videos to describe or promote our services.
Identifiable client images will not be used for optional promotional purposes without an appropriate lawful basis and relevant permission.
Clinical photographs and treatment records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control where we have not breached a legal or contractual duty.
Any limitations of liability will be interpreted in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
We aim to address client concerns fairly and professionally.

We may update our website, treatment descriptions, course offerings, prices and general information from time to time.

Where a material change affects a confirmed booking or purchase, we will communicate the change and provide any remedies required by law.
Personal information collected through our website, bookings, consultations and services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about data collection, processing, storage and your rights.
